Yes. Roadmaps, platform selections and architecture reviews are standalone engagements. Many clients use us purely for independent judgment and take the output to their own teams or other vendors.
Yes. We hold technical certifications across major platforms but our consulting fees never depend on which product you choose. When a recommendation involves software we could also implement, we say so explicitly.
Design engagements run 4 to 8 weeks from research to validated prototype. Consulting engagements - roadmaps, selections, reviews - typically run 2 to 6 weeks and end with a written recommendation and presentation to leadership.
