The law that applies to your engagement depends on the contracting entity:

• Customers contracting with Collins Enterprise Solutions LLP are governed by the laws of India, with the courts of Tamil Nadu having jurisdiction.
• Customers contracting with Josh Global Brands LLC, and other international customers, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
